The Yorktowne Club ("the Club", "we") runs yorktowneclub.org. This page explains what information we collect through the website and how we use it.
What we collect
Messages and inquiries. When you use our contact, rental or sponsorship forms, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, event details and message.
Payments. If you pay online, your payment is processed by our payment provider. We don't see or store your full card number.
Member accounts. Club members who create an account give us their name and email address so they can log in to the members area.
Basic site data. Like most websites, our site host (Wix) collects technical information such as browser type and pages visited, and uses cookies to make the site work.
How we use it
To answer your questions and rental requests.
To process sponsorships and other payments and send receipts.
To run the members area.
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that run our website and payments, or when required by law.

If you contact us, we may reply by email or phone. We'll only add you to a mailing list if you ask us to.
Children
Our website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information online.
